MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT 

To be eligible for membership for water and sewer service, the individual applying must be a deeded property owner. 

Please provide the following in order to set up your account as a MEMBER:

1.  Sign and return the enclosed membership agreement.

2.  Provide proof of ownership.  Proof of ownership may be shown by a copy of a tax bill, closing statement, or recorded deed.  You may be able to access proof of ownership via internet with your tax map numbers through Horrycounty.org then to Gateway under real property. 

3.  Provide $10.00 membership fee. (One-time membership fee.) 

4.  Pay $25.00 service transfer fee.

5. Answer and sign System Protection Questionnaire
