TENANT AGREEMENT

To establish an account for water or water and sewer service as a tenant, please provide the following: 

1. Sign and return the enclosed tenant agreement. 

2.   Provide a copy of a lease agreement.  If there is no formal lease agreement provide a signed letter from the property owner.

3.  Provide a $75.00 deposit if the leased property has water service only, and a $125.00 deposit if the property has both water and sewer service.

4. Pay $25.00 service transfer fee.

Your deposit will be retained by the Company until you terminate your account.  Once the account is finalized your final bill will be taken from the deposit and will be refunded to you at the forwarding address on file.  

The above are required so that we may set up the tenant account according to company policy.  You may contact our office with any questions you may have.  Thank you.
